Our windows, doors and conservatories are manufactured by Coastal, a leading UK manufacturer. NJ Martin Windows Ltd are a FENSA registered company; this ensures that all our installations comply with current thermal performance standards and Building Regulations.
Our products are high security
All of our entrance and french doors are now fitted with a unique cylinder-free multipoint lock system; top and bottom shoot bolts, 4 outer/inner facing hook locks, a centre locking latch all secured by a mortice key. Together with 3 bolt-through hinges and 2 brass dog-bolts, our doors offer 12 security features.
Our windows feature a 9 point locking system, securing each opening in every window on all 4 sides.
With regards to the Governments commitment to reducing levels of carbon dioxide emissions, our 5 chambered window system and low E glass comfortably achieves the required ratings as inspected by FENSA in keeping with the new building regulations part L.
